摘要:

阿魏属植物在药用和食用方面拥有悠久的历史和广泛的应用。阿魏属植物富含香豆素类、倍半萜类、挥发油、苯丙素衍生物及含硫化合物等成分。现代药理学研究表明,该属植物呈现抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎以及免疫调节等多种药理活性,对神经系统、心血管系统和胃肠道等均具有显著益处。为保证中药质量控制标准,通过质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)来评估和确认阿魏的质量,有助于辨别真伪,确保植物资源的可持续利用。本文系统回顾了阿魏属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究进展,并根据Q-Marker的概念,预测阿魏酸、法尼斯淝醇B、法尼斯淝醇C、阿魏种素和宽叶阿魏酮可作为阿魏潜在Q-Marker,为建立全面科学的阿魏质量控制体系提供依据。

Abstract:

Ferula plants have a long history and wide applications in both medicinal and culinary fields.These plants are rich in coumarins,sesquiterpenoids,volatile oils,phenylpropanoid derivatives,and sulfur compounds.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that this genus exhibits various pharmacological activities,including anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory effects.It also provides significant benefits to the nervous system,cardiovascular system,and gastrointestinal tract.To ensure the quality control standards of traditional Chinese medicine,the quality of Ferulae Resina is assessed and verified through quality marker (Q-Marker).This approach helps distinguish authentic products and ensures the sustainable use of plant resources.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Ferula plants.Based on the concept of Q-Marker,it is proposed that ferulic acid,farnesiferol B,farnesiferol C,assafoetidin,and conferone could serve as potential Q-Markers for Ferulae Resina,providing a foundation for the development of a comprehensive and scientific quality control system for this valuable medicinal resource.
