摘要: 菊科大丁草属植物为重要的经济、药用与观赏植物。本属植物富含香豆素类,尤其以起源于乙酸-丙二酸途径的4-羟基-5-甲基香豆素及其衍生物最为丰富与特征,因此,本文重点关注大丁草属植物中起源于乙酸-丙二酸途径的4-羟基-5-甲基香豆素及其衍生物的生源合成途径、分类、化学结构以及它们的生物活性,以期为大丁草属植物的研究与开发奠定基础。

Abstract:

The plants of the genus Gerbera (Compositae) are the ornamentally,medicinally,and economically important plants,and rich in coumarins,especially,the characteristic 4-hydroxy-5-methylcoumarin derivatives,which derived from the acetate-malonate pathway.Thus,this review focus on the biosynthetic pathway,chemical structure classifications,chemical structures,and bioactivities of 4-hydroxy-5-methylcoumarin derivatives that derived from the acetate-malonate pathway from the Gerbera plants,providing a solid basis for the further research and development of this genus.
