摘要:

刺五加苷B(eleutheroside B,ELB)属于苯丙素类化合物,为极具潜力的中药天然产物。近年来,ELB因具有多种生物活性被学者们广泛关注,本文对ELB生物活性以及作用机制进行了归纳总结。ELB具有抗炎、神经保护、抗癌、抗糖尿病、器官保护以及抗病毒等多种生物活性,机制上,涉及多种信号传导通路,包括Toll样受体4(toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)、核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,NRF2)、NLR家族Pyrin域蛋白3(nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3,NLRP3)、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)以及自噬等。此外,还对ELB的提取、分离以及纯化技术进行了总结。总之,通过对刺五加苷B的生物活性及其提取与分离纯化等技术进行综述,可为基于刺五加苷B的新药研发提供依据。

Abstract:

Eleutheroside B (ELB) is a phenylpropanol glycoside isolated from the medicinal and edible plant Acanthopanax senticosus,and it is a highly promising natural product of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,ELB has attracted considerable attention from scholars due to its various biological activities.This article summarizes the biological activities and action mechanisms of ELB.ELB has various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,neuroprotective,anticancer,antidiabetic,organ-protective,and antiviral activities.Mechanistically,it involves multiple signal transduction pathways,including toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2),nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K),and autophagy.In addition,we also summarize the extraction,separation and purification techniques of ELB.In summary,conducting a review of the biological activities,extraction,isolation and purification techniques of ELB may provide a foundation for new drug development based on ELB.
