椰子种皮油提取物对低密度脂蛋白氧化的抑制作用

Inhibition of Coconut Testa Oil Extracts on Human Low-density Lipoprotein Oxidation

摘要: 本文研究了椰子种皮油提取物对低密度脂蛋白氧化的抑制作用,以水溶性VE(Trolox)作为对照,测定椰子种皮油提取物的总酚含量,总抗氧化能力,检测提取物对低密度脂蛋白的氧化易感性,硫代巴比妥酸反应产物(TBARS)值及铜络合能力的影响。结果表明,椰子种皮油提取物的总酚含量为68.6 mg/g,总抗氧化能力也随着浓度增大而加强,说明该提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性。浓度为0.5 mg/mL的提取物能将低密度脂蛋白的延滞时间延长了两倍,丙二醛(MDA)含量也明显下降,表明椰子种皮油提取物对低密度脂蛋白的氧化具有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract: The inhibition activity of coconut testa oil extracts on human low density lipoprotein (LDL) was investigated by comparing with Trolox. Assays of copper-mediated LDL oxidation, thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) formation, total antioxidant capacity, total phenolic content and Cu2+ binding studies were carried out in this paper. The results showed that the extracts of coconut testa oil had the evident inhibition effect on low density lipoprotein oxidation. The total phenolic content was 68.6 mg/100 g. And 100 μL extract at 0.5 mg/mL could increase the lag time to 41 min, but evidently decrease the value of TBARS.
