Abstract: An actinomycetes strain SCSIO m34-1 was isolated from soil sample collected from Mohe,Heilongjiang province,China. The strain was identified as Streptomyces nojiriensis SCSIO m34-1 by analysis of its 16S rRNA gene sequence. The strain SCSIO m34-1 was fermented on rotary shakers.Seven compounds were purified from the organic extract using silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified to be izuminoside D (1),izuminoside A (2),solphenazine E (3),solphenazine D (4),solphenazine A (5),methyl 6-hydroxy phenazine-1-carboxylate (6) and diastaphenazine (7) based on analyses of their HR-MS,1D and 2D NMR data.Izuminoside D (1) was found to be a new compound.Izuminoside D (1) showed weak antifungal activity against Valsa mali and Gibberella sanbinetti at the concentration of 50 μg/mL.
