Abstract:

In this study, eight natural compounds were obtained from the extracts of three fungal isolates Berkleasmium sp. SGSF622,Oidiodendron sp. SGSF289 and Parapyrenochaeta sp.SGSF062 from the forest litter in the Greater Hinggan Mountains by the techniques of natural product separation. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by NMR and MS.They were 1-methoxy-Sch53825 (1),3,4-dihydroxy-10-methyl-2-methylene hexadecano-9-enoic acid (2),3,3-bis-(3-indole) propane-1,2-diol (3),cyclo-D-Trp-L-pro (4),6-demethylkigelin (5),lignicol (6),indole-3-carboxaldehyde (7),and N-(5-amino-2-hydroxy-1-oxopentyl)-tyrosine (8),respectively.The compounds 1 and 2 were novel compounds. The results of antimicrobial activities showed that the compounds 2 and 3 had obviously antimicrobial activities, and the compound 2 had the strongest antimicrobial activity with MIC value of 7.81 μg/mL against Ralstonia solanacearum.
