Abstract: To study the effect of the crude drug Carpeium cernuum extract on the proliferation of BPH1 cells in vitro, and explore the regulatory mechanism of Carpeium cernuum crude extract on the growth of benign prostatic hyperplasia cells.Inverted microscope observation of the number and status of cells in the experimental group significantly changed, and there was a phenomenon of apoptotic bodies;MTT assay detected Carpeium cernuum crude extracts on proliferation of prostate proliferative cells experiments showed that the crude extract has a good inhibitory effect on BPH1 cells Transwell invasion assay showed that the invasive potential of the cells decreased with the increase of drug concentration;Apoptosis-Heston staining reagent was used to detect the effect of the crude extract on apoptosis, indicating that the crude extract was involved in apoptosis;apoptosis-DNA The ladder extraction kit was used to detect DNA changes. It was confirmed that the cells exhibited typical ladder-like bands by drug action;molecular biological experiments further demonstrated that apoptosis may be related to the gene expression of the Wnt signaling pathway.
