Abstract: Qualitative and quantitative analytical methods of organic selenium are reviewed in this paper,including ultraviolet spectrophotometry,fluorometry,atomic absorption spectrophotometry,chromatography,multiple techniques analysis and so on.This article could provide an effective methodology basis for the determination of selenium;furthermore contribute to further development of related research.
