Two New Alkaloids from Ganoderma cochlear

Abstract

Abstract: Six compounds including two new alkaloids were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma cochlear. Their structures were identified as ganocochlearine A (1),ganocochlearine B (2),2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone (3), 8-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone (4),fornicatin A (5) and (3S,6S)-3-［(1′S)-1-methylpropyl］-6(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione (6),respectively by means of spectroscopic methods.Among these,compounds 1 and 2 were new alkaloids.
