Alkaloids from Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge

Abstract

Abstract: Eight alkaloids were isolated from Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge.Their structures were identified as sophoridine (1),sophoramine (2),isosophoridine(3),matrine (4),7,11-dehydromatrine (5),sophocarpine (6),lupanine (7) and swainsonine (8) by ESI-MS, ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR analyses.Compounds 1-6 were isolated from Oxytropis genus for the first time.
