Correlation Analysis of HPLC fingerprint of Pieces-standard Decoction-Intermediates and Dispensing Granules of Scutellaria baicalensis

Abstract: In this study,the HPLC fingerprint method of the pieces,standard decoction,intermediates and dispensing granules of Scutellaria baicalensis was established,and the correlations among them were evaluated.The chromatographic separation was carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);The mobile phase was eluted with gradient by methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid;The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm.There were 9 common characteristic peaks in all fingerprint spectrum of 10 batches of pieces,standard decoction,intermediates and dispensing granules of S.baicalensis,presenting a good correlation,in the 9 common characteristic peaks,three of them were baicalin,baicalein,wogonin.The main chemical constituents of S.baicalensis pieces,standard decoction,intermediates and dispensing granules composition are basically identical.The established HPLC fingerprint method can be used for the quality control of S.baicalensis dispensing granules.
