Abstract:

Angiogenesis plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development.Angiogenic factors and their receptors promote tumorigenesis and development by regulating angiogenesis.Therefore,the discovery and development of drugs targeting angiogenic factors has become an important strategy for cancer treatment.Recently,natural products have become valuable sources for anti-tumor drug discovery due to their chemical diversity,low toxicity and unique mechanism.In this review,we have summarized and expounded the recent progress of natural products with antiangiogenic activity.This will provide a crucial theoretical basis for further discovery and development of natural products targeting tumor angiogenesis.
