藏药细果角茴香种子脂溶性成分GC-MS分析

摘要: 采用索氏提取法提取细果角茴香种子中的脂溶性成分,运用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对藏药细果角茴香种子中的脂溶性成分进行研究,鉴定分析其组成和含量。共鉴定出13个脂溶性成分,其中含量较高的化合物为二十八醇(41.17%),十六酸(21.21%)。本文首次对藏药细果角茴香种子里的脂溶性成分进行了分析,其主要成分为不饱和脂肪酸。

Abstract:

The fat-soluble constituents of seeds of Hypecoum leptocarpum Hook.f.et Thoms were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.13 fat-soluble components were identified respectively,The compounds with higher content are octacosanol(41.17%),and hexadecanoic acid(21.21%),the fat-soluble components of H. leptocarpum seeds are reported for the first time.The unsaturated fatty acids were the main ingredients in it.
